What Is GroupCollect?
Travel companies use our system to collect registration information and take payments online for the group travel experiences they provide. If you've come across an unfamiliar charge on your credit card statement from, don't worry — we're here to help.
Why Am I Being Charged?
Let's say you've registered your child for a class trip to Washington D.C. with ABC Travel. If ABC Travel uses GroupCollect as their registration and payment platform, your payment would've been processed by means of our system.
The description on your bank statement would look something like this:
